Dark red color with purple reflections. Fruity nose with aromas of black fruits and flowers. Round and full attack. Nice tannic structure. Aromas of bilberry and violet. Fruity finale with great length.
Ideal with a shoulder of lamb confit with some smooth spices, a Thai beef salad or even with vegetarian fajitas with kidney beans.
