A vibrant, elegant and vertical Malvasia, loaded with aromas of ripe citron, chamomile, melon and white pepper. It finishes long with an intriguing, zesty note of fresh ginger and vanilla bean.

100% Malvasia from the “Durì” parcel in the renowned “Zitelle” Cru. In this parcel the soil is mostly clay and loam, rich in iron, magnesium and sodium. Fermented in temp controlled stainless steel tank, with a selection of native yeasts. Aged 10 months in 30% new and 70% used French oak barriques, 5 months in stainless steel, and 8 months in bottle.
