Irpinia, close to Orneta, is the central-eastern area of the Apennine Ridge, which stretches between the Sabato, Calore, and Ofanto Rivers. It represents a strategic geographical position and is a hinge territory between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian Seas. The vineyards coexist with fruit trees that give great emotions to the wine. Orneta owns 20 hectares of vineyards in the most desirable areas of Irpinia, with five different types of grapes grown. These include Taurasi Docg, Greco di Tufo Docg, Fiano di Avellino Docg, Irpinia Aglianico Docg, and Campania Falanghina Igt. With this combination of grapes, Orneta offers an exciting and fantastic range of red and white vines. They also have olive trees that produce high-quality olive oil.
