Grapes grown in the unique climate of the Galilee are harvested at ultimate ripeness. After fermentation the wine is aged in French oak barrels, in order to arrive at the optimum balance of fruit, tannin and oak. This rich, complex, balanced wine will continue to improve with proper cellaring.
