Tenuta Fertuna Dopppello Toscana Bianco appears an intense straw yellow color in the glass. Persistent and elegantly velvety, a wine to be enjoyed in its captivating breadth. It wants to be the evolutionary step of what has been the pioneering experimentation of the white vinification of Sangiovese grape and the achievement of the goal of a totally organic production.

Enjoy with appetizers of cooked fish, pasta dishes prepared with white sauces, stewed or grilled white meat, ratatuille of seasonal vegetables.

Maximum expression of still white wine obtained from red wine grapes, this wine interprets the soul of Sangiovese in a totally modern and original way. Coming from a single lot, “Alborelli”, it speaks of mineral notes, intense fruity and floral tones, fresh citrus nuances on an excellent basic structure.
