Valpolicella Classico is an elegant and refined wine, pours a beautiful ruby red with purplish hues. Flowery, spicy, it evokes fresh morello cherries. In the palate it is a clean-tasting and forthright wine, fresh and sour, characteristic. Edgy when young, after a couple of years it becomes more balanced.

A fresh and agreeable wine, suitable for starters and pasta and in general most Mediterranean cuisine.

65% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Corvinone, 5% other varieties of the territory aged 100% in steel.

Drawn in by the intense floral aromas, this pretty red wine turns quickly to tart red-berry aromas with a dusting of sweet spices and dried herbs. The palate pops with crunch and acidity as the red currant flavors match well with the espresso and black peppercorn spice on the finish. -J.P.
