Grown on gravelly dry soils in a warm windy microclimate it is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tank preserving its pure, clean character. Zippy stone fruits, minerality. Zantho is a collaboration of famed winemaker Josef Umathum of Weingut Umathum and Wolfgang Peck of Winzerkeller Andau. They work with long standing contracts that showcase the distinct climate of the Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel region of Burgenland.
