Light fruit characteristic of soft grape alcohol. Sweet spice notes of nutmeg, vanilla, licorice, black pepper, and pine aromas from aniseed.
This undergoes four 48-72-hour distillations in small copper pot stills; a process that creates the smooth, pure texture of what has been called the first 'craft' raki. No sugar is added. This will offer yellow fruit tones with touches of vanilla, licorice and nutmeg.
