Intense violet color typical of young Malbec. Red and ripe fruit aromas are predominant. Soft and round tannins, medium structure and great freshness. All these qualities end up in a well-balanced wine that can be paired with diverse food.

Doña Elsa and Don Valentin Bianchi married in 1918 and together, they formed a family and founded a winery. Elsa took care of the estate, its fruit trees and sought to maintain the Italian traditions of cooking and the enjoyment of the united "Famiglia". Today, we echo her warmth and determination in these young, vibrant wines of excellent expression and freshness.
