The aromatic concentration of red berry fruit is enriched by spicy and balsamic notes thanks to aging in French oak barrels. The ideal pairing is with roasts and stews based on red meats.

60% Nero d'Avola, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Merlot

This wine's name derives from an ancient Greek chalice, which mythology attributed to the virtue of truth. It's a blend whose structure and vigor of Nero d'Avola have been enhanced with the complex and captivating bouquets of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Amongae is born after a long and meticulous winemaking process. The three wines are initially aged separately for eight months in new French oak barriques.

Subsequently, the blend obtained from the selection of the best barriques is refined for a further 6 months in second-passage barriques, completing its refinement process with another 12 months in the bottle.
