Les Galuches is an organic 7ha plot of Cabernet Franc in sandy soils of Chinon. The wine sees little in the way of winemaking manipulation, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine.

Winemaking here is traditional to the area, meaning neutral vessels were used in it’s production. The wine is bottled in the spring following fermentation, resulting in a fruit-forward and enjoyable style.
